Australian-based Aesop was already well known for its botanical skincare products, and their new stores will certainly add to their appeal.
The company endeavors to make each store unique and design it so that each store is a reflection and celebration of its location. The stores also highlight Aesop´s focus on sustainability and their image as a green brand.
The striking Flinders Lane store (by March Studios) in Melbourne houses an interior made entirely from industrial-grade cardboard, while the Adelaide boutique is dominated by a huge (recycled) bottle installation on the ceiling.
Really clever. And much more interesting than any of those polished all white so-called flagship stores 🙂
